I find mindfulness meditation supports my intention to be still … if only for a moment.

Mindfulness meditation is the opportunity to rest in Presence in a supportive environment with others.
We begin with a brief discussion of mindfulness, follow with silent practice, and conclude with any shared observations, comments, and wonderings.
